The whole hotel was overall clean. the staff were friendly, professional, and extraordinary service-minded, ready to accommodate any request. - I liked the room with a double bed; the bed was comfortable. - the location was comfy, within a close distance from a modern mosque. - the area was excellent, a short walk to eating places and BCS shopping mall which housed many retail and food outlets.

Location right by Batam, Grand Batam-shopping mall and food places. For tea or coffee visit Teras Cafe nearby.

I had well priced room on level 13. Location: the hotel was right by food court, mall, supermarket, always taxis in the area and shopping mall and massage centres. The pool was clean and I had complimentary drinks in the karaoke bar. The staff were friendly professional and very professional, overall;))

The service was excellent, even so some people working there were kind of rude.

I had a very good experience at this hotel, which I believe deserves more than 4 stars. the superior king room with a large bathroom was truly enjoyable. the excellent location next to a good shopping center added to the convenience. the hotel provided an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room. the property was near popular eateries, an open-space food court, and BCS Mall. Additionally, it was just a 15-minute walk from Tua Pek Kong Temple, making it very convenient. the pricing was reasonable for the value provided.

We had a great time staying at this venue and all our requests were met, we absolutely loved it here, and it's only a short distance away from Masjid Jabal Arafah.
